Portfolio Review Scholarship

Graduating high school seniors interested in pursuing the Portfolio Review Scholarship, worth $500, may do so by having their portfolios juried by industry professionals. Portfolios will be juried in the categories of graphic design, computer animation, fashion design, interior design, digital photography, recording arts, digital movie production, visual journalism, and marketing. Portfolios are evaluated on content, organization, and composition.

Applicants must submit a completed scholarship application along with their portfolio to the High School Admissions department no later than February 28. Portfolios are judged in March and winners announced no later than April 1.

First place in each category will receive a $500 tuition scholarship, second place a $275 tuition scholarship, and third place a $150 tuition scholarship. Scholarship amounts are awarded in full during the student’s first quarter of attendance at the Academy and the student must enter the Academy in the summer or fall term immediately following graduation from high school.
