Ray Eales

Bachelor of Arts in Film.
Master of Fine Arts in Computer Animation
Industry Experience:
I have worked in the film industry as a freelance camera operator, director of cinematography and lighting technician. I have done commercial and independent type productions in film, video and in animation for my company Crow Productions. I have worked in several postproduction facilities mostly as house animator and or AVID video editor. I have taught film and computer animation at USF, and Ringling College of Art and Design.
Academy
I began working at the Academy as an adjunct instructor. I developed the animation curriculum and eventually became the chair of the Animation department. I have been with the Academy since October 1997.

Mountain climbing, shark fishing, sky diving are not things I do; Brewing beer is however.
Teaching Philosophy:
An empty cup is capable of being filled. A full cup, if added to, only spills on your shoes.
